Dear Stage 3 Family and Friends, You are cordially invited to the Stage 3 Urban Planners Open Day. Date: WEDNESDAY, 25TH SEPTEMBER Time: 10:00AM – 10:50AM Location: THE STAGE 3 CLASSROOMS This term for our Stage 3 PBL project we have researched and built displays of created cities. We would like to present our hard work and share it with you. We have researched a city of our choice from around the World. Using that information, we then have created a similar city for the country of ‘Ringrose’. You will see influence from all around the world, including China, Japan, Afghanistan, England, Germany, The United States and many more. Your children have become the Urban Planners and will present their ideas and plans for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call. We look forward to seeing you there! 'The Cosmodome’ is coming to Ringrose Public School on Wednesday 30th October – Friday 1st November (Week 3, Term 4). The theme for Science Week this year is ‘Destination Moon: More missions, more Science.’  Each class will have their own show that goes for 50 minutes.  The experience will take the students on an incredible journey through space. The cost of the experience is $8.00 per child. The money and permission note are due to the School Office money box by Wednesday, 23rd October, 2019.

Dear Parents/Caregivers, WHERE         CALMSLEY HILL CITY FARM   WHEN            Thursday 7th November 2019        COST             $40.00 per student TRAVEL        Students are to be at school before the normal bell time of 8.55am. The bus will be leaving promptly at 9am. The bus will return to school by 3pm. STAFF ATTENDING          Miss Twarloh, Miss Byfield, Miss Putanac and Mr Loughhead. WHAT TO WEAR                Full school uniform, including school hat and school jacket. WHAT TO BRING               Recess, lunch, drink (no glass) all in a plastic bag labelled with your child’s name. (No lunch boxes or drink bottles – all disposable items please).
