Enrolment forms for next year's Kindergarten students can be collected from the School Office at any time, or downloaded here: NSW Enrolment Form
Translated Enrolment Forms in a variety of languages can also be downloaded and completed.
Information regarding Kindergarten Orientation programs will be sent home to families in Term 3.
Completed forms may be returned at any time with the following documents:
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Passport (Parents must also provide proof of citizenship if born overseas)
- Immunisation records (or Blue Book)
- Visa or Permanent Resident Documentation (if applicable)
- Health / Medical Needs / Medication Documentation (If applicable)
- 100 points of Residential Address Proof
All original documents will be photocopied and returned to parents and carers in the School Office.
